Dire Mesob One-Stop Center to Expand Integrated Digital Services, Says PM Abiy Ahmed

Addis Ababa, March 8, 2026 (FMC) — Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed announced that the Dire Mesob One-Stop Service Center is planning to further expand the integrated digital services it has launched with strong momentum.

In a social media post after visiting the center in Dire Dawa, the Prime Minister highlighted that the facility currently provides 73 different services to citizens by bringing together 10 government institutions under one roof.

The center is organized with 96 service counters to serve clients efficiently.

Since beginning operations six months ago, the Dire Mesob Center has served more than 23,000 customers.

According to PM Abiy, the expansion plan aims to strengthen the delivery of integrated digital services and improve access to public services for residents of the city and surrounding areas.
