Addis Ababa, February 12, 2026 (FMC) – Ethiopia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Gedion Timothewos, held talks with Kenya’s Cabinet Secretary for Foreign and Diaspora Affairs, Musalia Mudavadi, on the margins of the 48th Ordinary Session of the Executive Council of the African Union.
The two ministers exchanged views on ways to further strengthen the longstanding and multifaceted relations between Ethiopia and Kenya.
Discussions focused on enhancing bilateral cooperation in key priority areas, as well as deepening collaboration within regional frameworks to advance shared interests.
