Addis Ababa, February 12, 2026 (FMC) – Ethiopia will co-host the Second Italy-Africa Summit in Addis Ababa on February 13, 2026, in partnership with the Government of the Italian Republic, the Office of the Prime Minister has announced.
The summit is expected to bring together leaders and high-level representatives from Africa and Italy to strengthen political and economic relations and advance cooperation in areas including trade, innovation, and investment.
According to the Office of the Prime Minister, the summit reflects Ethiopia’s commitment to fostering dialogue and partnership between Africa and Europe, with Addis Ababa serving as a platform for advancing shared development priorities.
Delegates arriving in the Ethiopian capital are set to participate in discussions aimed at deepening collaboration and promoting mutually beneficial engagement between Italy and African countries.
