Addis Ababa, May 12, 2026 (FMC) — President of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Taye Atske Selassie, has arrived in Uganda to attend the presidential inauguration ceremony of Yoweri Kaguta Museveni scheduled for tomorrow.
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, President Taye was officially welcomed by Ruth Nankabirwa Ssentamu.
Also present to receive the Ethiopian President were Ethiopia’s Ambassador to Uganda, Etsegenet Yimenu, Ambassador Rotengo, and diplomats from the Embassy of Ethiopia in Kampala.
