Addis Ababa, March 2, 2026 (FMC) – Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed hosted another Iftar dinner this evening for refugee families hailing from Burundi, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Somalia, Iraq, Syria, Palestine, Afghanistan, Eritrea, Yemen, and Sudan.
“In the spirit of Ramadan, we came together once again this evening for a meaningful Iftar, sharing the table with refugee families from Burundi, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Somalia, Iraq, Syria, Palestine, Afghanistan, Eritrea, Yemen, and Sudan,” the Prime Minister noted on his social media pages after the event.
