Fana Media Corporation receives national recognition for its role in combating corruption

Addis Ababa, December 10, 2025 (FMC) — Fana Media Corporation (FMC) today received a national recognition for its significant contribution to the fight against corruption in Ethiopia.

The 22nd International Anti-Corruption Day was commemorated in Addis Ababa under the theme “Ethics for Generations and Institutions for Action.”

During the ceremony, the Federal Anti-Corruption Commission of Ethiopia recognized individuals and organizations that have played a key role in promoting transparency and accountability across the country.

FMC received acknowledgment for its impactful reporting and consistent efforts in raising awareness about corruption, with the recognition presented in the presence of Deputy Prime Minister Temesgen Tiruneh.
