Prosperity Party Senior Leadership Training Begins

Addis Ababa, October 30, 2025 (FMC) — Ethiopia’s Prosperity Party (PP) has begun its 2018 E.C. annual senior leadership training, the party announced on Wednesday.

The training is being conducted under the theme “Sectoral Development from the Perspective of the Medemer State” and is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and capacities of the party’s senior leadership.

More than 2,000 senior leaders from both federal and regional levels are participating in the program. In addition to classroom sessions, participants will conduct field visits to various development projects to gain practical insights into ongoing national initiatives.

The Prosperity Party said the annual training aims to strengthen leadership effectiveness in advancing Ethiopia’s development priorities.
