Swiss brand On signs three Kenyan NCAA distance running stars

Addis Ababa, August 13, 2025 (FMC) – Swiss sportswear brand On has signed Kenyan NCAA standouts Doris Lemngole, Marion Jepngetich, and Joy Naukot to name, image, and likeness (NIL) deals, adding three of the most promising young distance runners in U.S. collegiate athletics to its roster.

Lemngole, a University of Alabama junior, is the reigning NCAA champion in the 3000m steeplechase and 5000m, holds the collegiate steeplechase record, and will compete for Kenya at the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo.

Jepngetich, representing the University of New Mexico, is a former U20 World silver medalist who reached the NCAA 5000m final in her freshman season, also taking silver in the 1500m and 5000m at the Mountain West Championships.

Naukot, a freshman at West Virginia University, was named Big 12 Women’s Newcomer of the Year after earning All-America honors and finishing third in the NCAA 10,000m final.

On told FMC that the partnership reflects its commitment to supporting emerging talent and strengthening its presence in global distance running.
