Ethiopia Unveils Official Digital Platforms for COP32

Addis Ababa, July 6, 2026 (FMC) — The Office of the Prime Minister has launched the official digital platforms for Ethiopia’s hosting of the 32nd United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP32), providing verified sources for information, updates and announcements related to the global climate summit.

The newly introduced platforms include the official COP32 Ethiopia website alongside dedicated accounts across major social media platforms in English and Amharic, forming the country’s official digital communication channels for the conference.

According to the Office of the Prime Minister, the platforms are intended to serve as the only official sources of verified information on Ethiopia’s preparations for COP32, including future announcements and event-related updates.

The Office also urged the public and stakeholders to rely exclusively on the official channels for authentic information and to exercise caution against accounts that may resemble the official COP32 Ethiopia platforms.

Preparations are continuing for Ethiopia’s hosting of COP32, with the government calling on the public to stay connected through the official digital platforms as the country advances its preparations to welcome delegates and participants from around the world.

The official COP32 Ethiopia communication channels include a dedicated website, as well as accounts on Substack, Threads, X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Flickr. Amharic-language communication will also be provided through a dedicated Facebook page and Telegram channel.
