A two-day consultation and evaluation forum involving senior leaders of the Prosperity Party, held at the Shebelle Resort in the Somali Regional State, concluded on Sunday.

In a message shared on his social media page, Mr. Adem Farah stated that the forum conducted a comprehensive review of the implementation of the Prosperity Party’s work plan leading up to the 7th general election held on 1st June 2026.

He added that participants also reached a consensus on key post-election priorities and follow-up activities.

He expressed appreciation to the National Election Board, political parties, security institutions, election observers, and citizens who turned out in large numbers to vote with determination, describing their participation as a cornerstone of the process.

During the visit, members of the leadership also toured ongoing development initiatives in Jigjiga city, where they observed what he described as tangible progress achieved through the joint efforts of the regional government and local communities.

Mr. Adem highlighted several sites visited, including the corridor development project that has significantly transformed the city’s urban landscape, the newly established police hospital providing advanced medical services to security personnel, and the Mesob One-Stop Service Center.
